    Hi All, I'm currently building a case together with Action Fraud (UK Police) and collaborating with a number of landlords that have also been victims of this scam. The scam is simple, Duane will post your property on his website with your consent without providing any contracts between you, him and the tenants. At that point he will find tenants, collect rent and keep the rent for its own purposes instead of paying the landlord. On the paper, he doesn't have any legal obligations, but in reality he's committing fraud. The more you chase him for payment, the more excuses you get. It's been 4 months since he's taken illegitimately 24K pounds worth of rent from my tenants.
