I don’t understand the last review of Michael D’Alson. I have been dealing with DH Watergardens for 35 years and I have always had first class service. His review is highly personal and offensive and I would like to know, what made him make such comments. It seems that some people choose to hide behind a keyboard, rather than dealing with their issues. To suggest someone needs help after a visit to business, is bizarre.

I really have no words, apart from I wasted 45 minutes of my time driving there and back. I walked out thinking, I guess they are closing down and just leaving things to rot away, including the fish! I hope the owner reads this and reaches out to someone who can help.

Excellent. The best advice ever. Following their advice (Paul) our pond was turned from green ( so you couldn't see we even had fish) to crystal clear in 4 days. Their plants are the best I have seen. And there is a very pleasant cafe on site
