I employed DG Stone lead by Ricky 'Rip you off' D'Orazio and his team of Cowboy Builders to refurbish my property- at first they appeared top be very professional. How wrong I was! Only after I moved into my property did I find out what this company is truly like. They are the true equivalent of Cowboy Builders! D'Orazio is a very dishonest human being!! Highlights of the many examples of appalling work include: 1. The DG Stone Cowboys placed a plastic bag placed in a redundant waste pipe behind an electrical appliance! Major fire hazard. A separate electrical appliance was wedged into a kitchen unit so that it could not be removed- again a fire hazard. 2. DG Stone have an appalling lack of attention to detail in ALL aspects of their work. 3. The DG Stone foreman lacked prefessionalism and understanding. 5. The owner of the business- Ricky 'Rip You Off' D'Orazio'- is very unprofessional and does not listen to and repect his clients. He has limited business acumen and social skills and does not listen! 6. DG Stone carried out the most appalling internal re-decoration that I have ever seen. I was grossly overcharged by DG Stone for this! 7. I have had the DG Stone plumbing re-plumbed as water was leaking through my living room ceiling due to a lack of professionalism and attention to detail by DG Stone. 8. DO NOT use DG Stone as you will live to regret the experience. 9. DG Stone have NOT apologised for this catalogue (and these are only a few examples) of their less than satisfactory work! 10. I refused to pay DG Stone the final balance, they offered a small reduction in cost based upon the initial quote. 11. I was theatened with legal action! Money was NOT the issue for me as I have the kind of money that Ricky 'Rip You Off' D'Orazio's dreams are made of- the issue for me was dishonesty and a lack of integrity by DG Stone and the Cowboys! 12.
