The black foil on the outside of our 15-year old windows and the windowsills was beginning to peal off and some window opening needed attention. After an initial survey, the openings were seen to in one visit, and the refoiling on another 3-day visit when the weather was better. I agree with some of the comments about communication with the firm, but I'm glad that we persevered as the quality of work was excellent and the workers themselves were most pleasant to have around the house. Don't waste your time, let them do it for you! Contacted them at the beginning of July about repairing my tilt and turn balcony door and was told I needed to contact "Ryan", trying to get any information from him or book the repair has been protracted to say the least. It's almost November now and I still awaiting further responses, so I gave up and found a more efficient company and the job was sorted in under two weeks.
