After receiving quotes from two different companies, I called D&D Roofing and Damp Proofing of Redditch. They responded to my call very quickly and arranged a time to call and visit me. Damian came and introduced himself and soon went through all the ins and outs of what was needed, he emailed me the the next day with an incredibly competitive price which I accepted. Two days later a gentleman came to arrange when his team could come and put the scaffolding up, Friday was arranged for that week, Damian called and arranged for the work on my roof to start the following Monday. The work was carried out in a very professional manner, minimal disruption, cleaned and swept up at the end of each day, all debris was removed in a safe and secure way. I do not normally do reviews. But I was extremely pleased with all the work that was carried out and would recommend him to family and friends. We had an issue with what we thought was our roof and water was appearing on our bedroom wall. After receiving many quotes of varying prices and solutions (which did not feel right) we came across D&D Roofing and we were really impressed. They came out initially to carry out a thorough inspection; by far the most thorough of anyone we'd received quotes from. They identified that it was actually a condensation issue caused by poor materials being used and suggested some tips for us to try in the first instance that were cost free - this is very rare these days and we really appreciated their honesty. We tried these but unfortunately they didn't fully fix the problem and so we asked them to carry out their suggested repairs. The repairs were carried out promptly and professionally and so far the issue seems to be much better - highly recommend if you're looking for people to really investigate the issue and get to the bottom of it!
