  DD Jewellers is a household brand and I'm really pleased and proud that it has weathered economic turbulent times and of course Covid. long may DD Jewellers continue to exist and fly its flag even higher. I'll tell you why: I'm not such a big spender so the management have never really got to know me so well. This has played in my favour as I compare myself to a mystery shopper. Between January this year and this month I visited DD Jewellers on a few occasions. Each time I received outstanding customer service. I observed how other customers were served and again, top-notch service, in my view. I'm sure they get the odd few awkward and disgruntled customers which, in my opinion, is not a bad thing as we all can't be nice and decent. It's part of our DNA and diversity. Of the few times I visited, I was served mainly by Fardod. She is a remarkable asset to DD Jewellers. Her approach, attitude, tone and ability to engage with any customer is exceptional. She is an individual who has the natural ability to bring a smile to the faces of all those fortunate enough to meet her. I salute Fardod and wish her continued success, prosperity and good health. She is absolutely fabulous and a role model to others in the field of customer service and experience. I'd also like to heap praise on Mr Patel who continues to do a sterling job. I know he is arguably the longest-serving member of the team and credit to his humble nature and wealth of experience and knowledge of jewellery. Hats off also to Rithika who I was also served by once. She is such a friendly individual, a great listener and a credit to the organisation. Well done DD Jewellers dream team.   The service was impeccable, and the staff is so friendly. All my queries and concerns were properly addressed and I am very pleased with the quality of the jewellery. I would highly recommend anyone looking for high quality designs to check them out.

  Okay this was a while back but definitely needs to be addressed. This place is nothing compared to the hype and advertisement. I Was served by a women with a hijab and green eyes. She had a hostile attitude, wasn’t interested in showing us any pieces. I am absolutely certain she was quoting wrong prices as well. I wanted to exchange a gold ring and she was telling me it was worth £40. Which I knew wasn’t correct and I said I won’t exchange it for another ring . As I walked off she muttered time waster. I sold the ring at Asian jewellers for £150 pounds. If you cannot carry out the Role of a sales assistant, choose a different career. And be kind.

  I have bought from DD jewellerys for many many years,i moved to london over 24 yrs ago but still go back to DD jewellers,Yes their gold may seem expensive ,but they are very truthful ,not like alot of jewellers i have been to where they give u a price thats high then knock it down ,so you THINK you got a bargin. Recently i took in a ring to have repaired and the service i recieved was absolutely brilliant,communication was brilliant ,there was a few hicups which were sorted ,but thats like any company. My ring was posted out to me in london and i recieved it next day. Shop with confidence.

  Visited the beautiful store last week. Rishi and his team were so welcoming and helpful. So many beautiful design to chose from. Highly recommend definitely worth the visit + fast dm replies on insta and postage options if unable to visit the store! How convenient 🙌🏼 The only place I’m shopping.

  I’ve fortunately bought a few small pieces over the year and most recently some earings and bracelets for my 1 year old! They have an amazing variety of pieces to choose from. Staff were really friendly and accomodating and i mostly appreciated the fact there wasnt a hard sell to purchase higher priced items but more of an emphasis on what item looked best. I cant comment on their pricing compared to other stores but you pay for what you get and that not only includes the physical items but also the treatment and respect you get walking through the door as a customer! Thanks again and no doubt i will be purchasing again soon! Thank You :)

  No concern, not welcoming, no alternatives Really excited to visit today as I regularly look at the designs but after my experience I was not happy. Person who was helping was more concerned counting than showing me anything. If I provided an idea it was closed immediately. Honestly, customer service is so important, being friendly, helping, showing items. Being hostile will definitely ensure you lose customers.

  DD Jewllers are the best Jewllers in Birmingham . There designs are absolutely beautiful and phenomenal there customer service was excellent always willing to help and don't Rush you into buying things like some Jewllers do . I met Rishi briefly on my visit but knowing Rishi he is an amazing truthful helpful individual who's always goes above an beyond to Help and nothing is ever to much thank you Rishi and uncle .
