Great groundsman kit, informed and friendly staff. I will return. Rammed with private and trade customers car park a bit on the small side and approach private lane a tad narrow. All round a great outfit.

Bought my mower from Burgoynes and have had it serviced twice. My next door neighbour now uses them too. My experience is good service at a good price by knowledgeable people. Last service quoted 3-4 weeks due to workload and was ready on time!

Really helpful, I couldn't get the parts for my 35 year old mower , so the guy went around the back and 10 mins later I had an alternative solution that gave my most new life. I was really impressed. I couldn't believe how cheap his suggested solution turned out to be, and it works a treat. Will use these guys from now on fire all my gardening tool requirements.

Shocking service, I was told to take my mower in and would be upto 2 weeks before getting it back, the mower was jumping a bit and they was going to contact mountfield about a part for my grass box, it was still under warranty, 2 weeks later I phone up and none knows what is happening with it and told someone will call me back, none did, 3 weeks later the exact same thing, 4 weeks later again the same thing so I tell them to forget it and I will collect it, I get there and they at first can't find it, eventually the man brings my grass box out and a little bag with a part in saying that's what is wrong with my mower and it wasn't covered under my warranty, I wasn't convinced it had even been looked at so told them I will just take it away with me

Absolute Chaos. Never have I known such bad service. No comunication and takes forever to get items back. None of the staff know what the other is doing. Totally unprofessional. If you want your sanity go elsewhere. They go ahead with repairs without consulting with costs. Was told that anything generally under £200.00 would not get agreed with customer and just go ahead and repair it. Unbelievable!
