    Tish at DB Autos was brilliant and he really cares about the customer. My car door was pulled back in the wind and I was having trouble opening it. Popped into DBAutos on the off chance they would have time to look at it and quote me. Tish came out, looked at the door and asked me wait in the waiting area while he looked at it. 5 mins later he came back, he had fixed it at no cost....explained that the damage would need touching up but it would be easy enough for me to do it. Tish was extremely helpful, didn't charge me for the work or try to get me to have unnecessary work done. Can't recommend them highly enough. The lady on reception was lovely as well.     I have to say that I was really impressed with my recent experience with this company (I have used them in the past and found that they were always very friendly and professional). On this occasion, I was annoyed to find that someone had scratched my car without leaving any message of apology. I took my car round to DB Auto Repairs fearing the worst re the likely cost of repair. I was attended to almost immediately by Tish who examined the scratches and told me that he thought that he he could probably remove them without the need for major repair. 10 minutes later, there he was with the car and asked me to examine his work. The scratched were all but undetectable. I was delighted with both his friendly attitude and work. I asked him what I owed him and he said 'nothing' although a Google review would be appreciated. I am more than happy to oblige.
