This was the first shop I went to and even after visiting a couple shops after, I couldn’t get the dress off my heart so had to go back and pin it down. If I could rate this store a 0 I would. Ladies please do not approach this store if you want your wedding to be a success! They are scammers! They will call you in for multiple alterations, and will measure you… make you laugh & smile. Do not be fooled as it is all for decoration! Firstly… they take payments via bank transfers not using their store card machine. They do not issue receipts or produce invoices providing proof that the new dress has been ordered (RED FLAG) instead they will present you with your fake “ NEW DRESS” weeks before your wedding claiming it’s the brand new dress made to fit you ! How does a new dress have make up stains and dirt on it?! How can a new dress, measured and altered to fit you not fit you at all… to the point they have to bring cloth from the back room to conceal the back opening of the dress!? They had the audacity to try and spin off a dress off the rack as a new dress….please stay clear of them! Do not believe the seamstress at the back either she acts as if she is making dresses and altering them but she is not! It’s all to make things look believable. After complaining and getting lawyers involved they decided to admit their fault however they then spun another lie and told my friend to come back on another day to try on the dress she paid for… however they lied again it was not her dress as we had pictures to prove it , they were even asked to provide invoices/ receipts of the new dress but guess what they couldn’t! Because they never bought the dress I ordered it ! Please do not trust them, they have now been reported to trading standards. Do not shop from here if you have paid any money to them please get it back ASAP. . They are very rude also , they are nice until they have your money and your wedding date is near next thing you know they begin to show themselves! Also please be aware that they often say their dresses are £4000 + but then give you a hefty discount to Entice you please do not fall for if! It’s apart of their scam!
