I enquired about getting a fridge/freezer repaired and was advised, by promptly answered email, that repair was not economically viable so I should buy a new appliance. It would have been so easy for this company to fleece us for a call out charge only to give us the same advice. Very reassuring to find somebody who acts with integrity and is not trying to rip you off!
