    Love this amplifier . Had it for nearly 5 years .. it has never moved and it’s been well loved and looked after . Yesterday I moved the set up round and noticed this black Cyrus piece of rubber is loose under the amp,I can also hear something loose inside the amp ! All of a sudden I have gone from loving the amp to wanting to get rid of it in the blink of an eye ! The amps never been moved in the time I have owned it .. very poor how this has been put together ! Surely even though the amp is nearly 5 years old this shouldn’t happen

    My CD developed a skipping problem and after giving the matter much thought, I decided to go for an upgrade. I had to send my player back to Cyrus via an authorised retailer. Well, that was over a month ago and during that time, nobody from the retailer or Cyrus have kept me informed. I'm now at the stage where I've lost all faith in the retailer and asked Cyrus if they are able to send my CD player back to me or to another authorised retailer. Basically, the answer is no as I still have to go to the retailer to pay for a service that they've been completely inept in performing. So, my dissatisfaction with Cyrus is based on the fact that their faults with their CD players seem to be common place; they've had my CD player over a month when their normal turnaround times are usually 10-15 days; nobody has kept me informed as to the whereabouts or progress of my CD player; and now they are holding my CD player to ransom and are forcing me to continue to deal with the useless retailer. Congratulations Cyrus for such excellent customer service!

    Utterly unreliable. My previous Cyrus CD player was returned twice due to not playing CD's. I foolishly upgraded to Cyrus Signature components at significant cost. So far within 2 years the CD player has been returned twice, and is about to be returned for a third time. The signature DAC has also been returned twice. For the price I would expect some kind of reliability. I have had CD players and systems for decades, even the cheapest I have ever owned offered far more reliability than Cyrus. I deeply regret going with Cyrus and frankly I would not recommend them to anyone.
