Well I tried to register an account! No chance. This lot are a joke. There is no way I will continue the registration process because I would not have confidence that I could log back in to get at my money. Awful system! I have used online banking with HSBC, Chase, Marcus, Atom and Barclays. All simple set ups (and secure). I will not be recommending Cynergy to anyone.

I've opened and account today, but couldn't logged in. Resetting the passcode is a night mare. A very long waiting on the phone when I wanted to close the account the same day I opened it. After all that waiting, I was told if I don't deposit anything it will close after 14 days.
