Excellent customer service when I went in to enquiring about my framing needs. But was even more impressed with what I heard on the phone about protecting people’s copyright on pictures! If you don’t own the picture, whether it’s on Google images or elsewhere, you cannot download and print. You must get permission (not always granted) and pay the owner their fee! Excellent moral values too! Will use again!

I had a very bad impression on the first visit. I was trying to get some quotation for picture frames. Literally those staff ignored me, there was no closed sign displayed at the front door and I was ringing the bell, staff saw me standing at the front door and trying to speak to them. Literally they ignored me for few minutes and only they singled me with rude gesture. I can say this very bad customer service with that behaviour. I recommend no one to get service from this galleries..😩 very rude…

Had a really good experience with a framing job after my partner had used Cygnets in the past, the chap I'd spoken to initially helped me pick the best frames that went with my prints and gave me a pickup date in the future. The price was around what I was expecting and I was happy to pay to get my awkwardly sized items framed professionally. Went back a couple weeks later to pick them up, had a little joke with the same chap and now I have two beautifully framed pieces for my room, couldn't be happier!
