I took my bike to the shop in the morning with a very loose bottom bracket, the friendly staff quickly inspected the bike and took it in that same day to be fixed. A couple of hours later I received a message saying it was all sorted and ready to be collected. They even cleaned up the drive chain and gave me a new set of break pads too. Excellent service.
