    I bought my first ebike from Cyclo Monster this year and the whole experience was first class. Steve and his team helped me choose accessories like mudguards, lights etc which I'd need for my commute. When I collected the bike, Steve gave me a full rundown of the controls, battery charging and removal and all the other things that I'd need to know with this type of bike. Really pleased with it and I'd highly recommend Cyclo Monster to anyone!

    Wish I had read all the one star reviews before purchasing! Item arrived defective and in an obviously used condition. Staff completely and utterly useless and extremely rude on the phone. No accountability taken whatsoever their end and now I'm out of pocket and don't have enough time to find something in time for Christmas.. Would not recommend whatsoever. Would give 0 stars if I could.
