Been to many bike shops from here to Morzine, Best bike shop I have been to for sevice. The lady assistant who directed us to the range of kids bikes, and the bike machanics building the bikes, who built a bike there and then for my son to try, that was amazing.

I visited with little knowledge about upgrading my commuting bicycle. I was greeted by lovely staff who helped me without patronising me. I felt very welcome and explained what I was looking for. I chose a bike and it was built up for me to take away. I asked questions and had everything explained so well. I never felt rushed and felt genuinely like my custom was appreciated, something I haven't experienced very often. I really recommend this store and have told everyone I know to visit.

Popped over late in the day to look at bikes for my son, the lady assisting us was more than accommodating, she displayed extensive knowledge and supported us throughout the whole experience. Looking at a number of bikes we were told a bike could be built while we waited to try out without any obligation to buy (although we did) We felt cared for and had a wonderful welcoming experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend anyone wishing to purchase a bike to approach the shop! We came away with a wonderful bike, happy child and were offered the opportunity to pop back and have the bike checked over once its worn in, the owner came out to watch him ride away! Highly recommended shop, beautiful customer service 🙂
