For the third time, this store has dug me out of a hole and saved me from hours of pulling my hair out. Taking time out to help a walk-in case is hugely appreciated, rather than, as many do, insisting the bike is booked in, waiting a week etc. Just knowing what the issue is, is enough to get back on the road quickly. Even if some bits and pieces in there are a bit more than online counterparts, if paying a little over the odds is what it takes to keep a business like this alive, then I'll gladly do it.

I’ve brought three bikes from the gents in the shop, every time I’ve come out very happy with their help & advice. I’ve been in there with a couple of issues I couldn’t sort out myself & they have sorted it out for me there & then, & offered advice on how to avoid any more issues. They really do care about the customer & are always helpful. Fantastic shop & fantastic staff.

I’ve been going to this shop for help advice and had them service & repair my bikes for some time. there’s nothing to much trouble for these chaps. all three lads are super helpful and experienced in all aspects of cycling I just hope they all stay working together there at Maidstone for the future, as the service they provide to customers is brilliant. Can’t thank these chaps enough !
