before leaving this review i have spoken to the guy who serviced my son's bike. He has been working really hard aged 15 so doesn't earn allot. we took the bike to cycle fix after reading lots of positive reviews. so, we were quoted £48 by phone to do the work that was required unfortunately on collection of the bike the bill actually came to £70.50 we were not notified of this increase before work was carried and and i personally think this is appalling, on the receipt given it states the bike has been test ridden and they haven't noticed the saddle on the bike spins and isn't secure In future i don't think I'll be going back unfortunately.

Very happy with my service. Had a bike (not looked after) I knew it needed some new parts. For the price and new parts very good price and rides like new. As I work wierd shifts he also let me drop the bike off a few days early as it's dificalt for me to drop of on certain days. Very happy thankyou
