Very happy. I took my bike here for some pretty severe repairs, and the next day it was ready for collection and in better condition than it had ever been. They were very informative about what they did and I believe it was a fair price. They came across very trustworthy and at no point did I feel patronised for my lack of knowledge. All in all a great experience and I will be back for servicing when appropriate. 10/10 will repair again!

Horrendous bike shop with some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Like the mechanics of old, these guys will talk to you like you know nothing and then overcharge you for a terrible service and shoddy parts. I paid £250 for a full works service with a new chain, cassette etc and 4 weeks later my rear derailleur hanger fully sheared due to an obvious alignment and gears issue. I took the bike back to shop and insisted that it was fixed with no charge (which would be obvious to me) but instead I was once again talked down to and told that they were not at fault. Baring in mind a new top spec derailleur hanger still only costs £10 they had the gaul to ask for £20. I will never be returning this shop and suggest that no one else does either.

If you need help fixing or choosing a bicycle, Cycledealia are the place to go, the guys are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, they go above and beyond with their service and have assisted me extensively in my cycling career and I can't thank them enough. An amazing bike shop and what all bike shops should strive to be. Without them I wouldn't have my bike running today - cheers to everyone @ Cycledealia!

After the Shimano thumb shifter on my MTB gave up the ghost, I phoned Cycledelia to arrange a repair. The owner David gave me plenty of good advice and managed to squeeze me in the same day. A spare was sourced and fitted and I was back on the trails for a very reasonable amount. Thanks to all the staff, especially Dave who always gores out of his way to get you back in the saddle as soon as possible. Great little independent shop.
