Matt came over today to fix 3 kids bikes ahead of the Christmas holidays - 1 BMX puncture repair, 1 BMX peg removal (& axle trim) & 1 MTB puncture repair. Also gave all 3 a quick health check too. Very impressed from start to finish - incredibly professional & knowledgeable & a good price! Will certainly use again & won't be returning to Halfrauds for any bike repairs/servicing!

After spending upwards of £400 plus on Matthew Spencer's services. He let me down badly on a bike he'd worked on. He overcharged me and now that I have gone elsewhere won't assist over a missing part we can't place, that he removed n the first place.Despite assurances otherwise he is all about the money.
