Had an issue with my derailleur rubbing up against my hub motor, which practically made the bike inoperable. They were able to fix it and call me back in to collect it in just a couple of hours. Highly recommend 👍🏾

I found Cycle Supreme when looking via the Bike2Work scheme site as none of my local stores stocked the bike I was after; called them about this particular bike and then, after listening to advice, decided to order. A little nervous initially, as they were not local to me, which is a pity as the service was excellent from the owner, Lee. The bike arrived swiftly. Although there were a couple of issues with the bike upon arrival, Lee sorted them out quickly and efficiently. Thus, I would wholeheartedly recommend CS Ltd. Top class independent store. Keep it up!

I asked Cycle Supreme to fit a set of mudguards and Panier Rack to a bike that had been purchased from their store during lockdown which I then purchased from the original buyer… I wanted a ‘proper job’ doing as I’m planning some bike packing holidays next year…. Not only did I get a very robust and professional job done, I was respected and made to feel worthy as a ‘girlie’ new to cycling. I asked questions about another one of my bikes which a.n.other bike shop had refused to undertake the work I’d wished to be done to a carbon bike… they took on this job and also enhanced the cassette making adjustments to enhance my cycling experience. I cannot recommend these guys enough, I will be recommending them to all of my cycling buddies and will be returning without question for all future requirements and ongoing maintenance. Friendly, knowledgeable and with a can do attitude… Oh and if that wasn’t enough in my opinion very reasonably priced too…. Thank you guys … one happy Girl 🚵♀️
