Had an problem with my freewheel leaving the bike unusable which was further compounded as the workshop was booked solid for three weeks, however they happily gave me the advise and confidence to tackle and fix the fault myself. They also give me a practical reasonably priced long term soultion should the fault re-occur without any pressure to commit. My last expereince of a bike shop (Not CycleSphere) was being given the hard sale to buy a brand new bike when I'd only gone in for something simple so it was a pleasant surprise to find there's still some great businesses out there where Customer Service comes first.

Great experience overall - had a completely flat tyre due to a blown up inner tube and I could drop in within the hour, collecting my bike by the evening! Excellent customer care - timely communication all the way through, very friendly service and always keen to provide advice and encourage people to take up cycling. We'll see you often!

A friend and I rented Cycle Sphere's tandem this morning. It was pure unadulterated fun! Neither of us have ridden a tandem before and we were given lots of hints and tips as to how to survive it. The Dawes bike was in excellent condition the gears in particular. We are both on the mature side of young and enjoyed using the many cycle paths in Bordon, Longmoor and Hogmoor Inclosure. I would thoroughly recommend this as an excellent way to spend a few hours. Thank you Cycle Sphere. We shall be back.
