Avoid at all costs. This company delivered a faulty and unsafe bike and refused to deal with the issue appropriately. Will escalate through my employers and also the ombudsman/trading standards. UPDATE: Though this company insisted there is no way I would be able to get my C2W scheme cancelled due to bike being unsafe, I still went through my employer and managed to get the contract cancelled. My advice to fellow C2W customers of this company; go through your employer.

Used this awful company for cycle to work scheme, terrible selection of bikes, extremely over priced, unable to select bike in person as distributed from somewhere in wales. Even though i spoke with customer services several times no body mentioned there is a fee for returning the bike used bike to see what it was like and then was told bike has to be unridden to be returned. Now I'm stuck with this p.o.s forever will avoid like the plague in future

Awful company to deal with. Take your money and then no after sales service leaving you relying on the goodwill of local bike shops. Next time I’ll buy from the local bike shops in the first place. Avoid at all costs.

I’ve ordered 2 bikes via the cycle to work scheme and both arrived broken and unusable. Their after sales team were a joke and we’re rude and insensitive to the issues. The first bike I ordered had a delivery note from the previous owner in the box. I was completely unaware someone had bought the bike and then returned it. The second bike wasn’t secured in the box so the back derailleur was attached to the back wheel it was so bent.

Check your bike over. Build quality isn't great loose bolts and screws, lack/missing grease on crucial components. Delivery was okay. Customer service was good however.

Ordered a bike and arranged delivery. The bike was subsequently dropped by £300 in price. Contacted cycle solutions to carry out a price match which they did but resulted in them having to cancel original order and reordering (for an administrative amendment seems ott, more a pressure tactic to keep you signed up to original cost), this has led to a further 3 weeks delay in ordering process. I will now receive the bike mid November for an order originally placed on the 23rd September (this is an in stock item as were all items ordered)

Some constructive feedback for Cycle Solutions for your improvement: 1) extremely slow delivery - 2 months; 2) poor quality of products - with items delivered obviously damaged; 3) poor quality of customer service - 3 or 4 staff from Cycle Solutions I had to deal with were unprofessional, unreliable and noticeably disrespectful; 4) poor management within.

Terrible aftersales avoid at all costs! You will be treated as if everything you say in a lie and be spoken to in a condescending manner while they try to prove their point. Even when evidence is given the goal posts shift. This happened on multiple occasions and when politely questioned no answer was given and instead directed 3 times to seek legal advice on the matter against the company knowing full well there would be slim to no chance of that happening. In the end it turned out they couldn't even source the part for months anyway. All in all waste of time and would NOT recommend, neither do the most of the other reviews which tells you everything you need to know.
