I wish I could give more stars to this shop! Dano and his team were so helpful through the whole process of buying a bike. Unfortunately, when I went to buy my dream bike, I found out it was slightly too long in reach. Dano came up with a game plan to get a fit for me and ordered a new integrated bar to fine tune the bike fit. They are a very knowledgeable team and have amazing customer service. If you are looking for a place to buy you new bike, you have found it!

Great customer service and even better after care, my Levo gears was slipping soon after purchasing it and I just walked in with out a appointment, the workshop manager put it straight on the bench and reset my derailleur.. Had 2 updates and the 2nd time he replaced the tcu as it felt spongy, I was unaware of this until he replaced it under warranty and it feels better… I even ordered 2 maxxis tyres as my bike was running stock tyres and it felt sketchy on tight berms, I soon received a phone call from workshop manager suggesting that I should change my choice of tyres, I went with his recommendation and just finished my ride at twisted oaks and the bike has never felt so good and planted esp at high speed on tight berms… It’s a big plus when the staff has a great deal of knowledge and understanding on what kind of riding you do as there knowledge has helped me immensely and has been a big learning curve for me also.
