Phil has looked after my bikes for a few years now. He always does a top job and charges a fair price. He’s serviced my MTB, Road bike and also just sourced (at a cheaper price than online websites) and fitted a brand new Ultegra groupset to my titanium bike. To be fair, Phil has also sorted a puncture for me when the tyre wasn’t playing ball with the rim so he’s happy to do all jobs from big to small! I always recommend him to others

Excellent service from a really nice guy. Phil fixed up both my bikes and when they're was a technical issue on one of them, I took the bike home, we looked up a solution and he came and collected it on a weekday, fixed it up free of charge, and delivered it back again to my house after only a couple of hours. Really nice to get that sort of service; trustworthy

A local bike shop let me down with their workmanship, and what we'd agreed would be part of the build for my new frameset. I went to Phil with a brand new bike that didn't work and some additional bits that needed changing. Phil took on the additional work, and remediation work required to get the bike road worthy again. There were some teething problems, like when I ordered the wrong part, but Phil remained positive and in contact throughout. Also I couldn't collect the bike when agreed due to me contracting Covid. Phil happily held on to the bike, until I could collect. Would I use Cycle Positive again, 100%, would I recommend Cycle positive, without a doubt. Phil is a great guy, and will get your bike back up an running no matter the problem. Thanks for a top job!

Great service from Phil. I had recently rebuilt my gravel/road bike following a frame respray (powder coat), everything was fine other than my hydraulic brakes which I could not get right, and I also contaminated my brake pads with mineral oil in the process. I contacted Phil and he was able to fit me in, ordered some new pads and filled and bled the braking system with no issues. He also cleaned my discs so I didn't need to replace them. Thank you Phil.
