I took my bike in there for a full service and it came out in worse condition than when I took it in. Not only did I waste £100 on the service, but I'm now on the hook for a >£300 brake lever that wasn't broken when I took the bike in. The staff told me that the brake was broken when I took it in (which isn't true). Even assuming that it somehow broke in between me handing the bike over, and the shop starting work on it, the service itself is not worth the money paid. A full service should include labour to fix issues on the bike. They did not fix worn brake pads or adjust the gears as part of the service. I had to take the bike to another shop (actually staffed by professionals) to get this work done. Beware of the shoddy and unprofessional work done by this place.
