Not welcoming employees and I had a issue with my back Tyre drop your cycle and come back 1hr later. I went after 1 hrs they hadn't had fixed. They didn't even apologize. They said it will be ready in 20 min can you wait I said yes. After that they charged me 17.85 pounds for fixing the Tyre mouth voule. Totally worst experience. And not recommend for repairing.

Bike in for broken spokes. Had a text to say it was completed, but when I got there, it hadn't been done! However, staff very apologetic and rushed it through the next day. All good now, and I accept this was a genuine mistake as usually get great service.

Excellent place, went in to buy brake pads and the chap told me I didn't need them, took out a tool and fixed them in 2 mins then and there. Will definitely be back when the time comes to treat the old bike to a full service. Thank you Update 2 years on...just purchased a bike and service/value was impeccable - quality store and team.
