Popped in today as the back wheel of my road bike wasn't moving freely and kept getting stuck on the brake pads. Steve was very welcoming and looked at it straight away. He had it free wheeling beautifully after a few minutes and even got rid of a squeaking sound too! Thanks so much Steve - will definitely return after this experience.😊

My mountain bike had been making a creaking sound for sometime which most bike shops just dismissed as being maybe a pedal and weren't prepared to look at it without the threat of it costing lots of money. Fast forward to Saturday I was cycling up Danbury Hill when the bottom bracket completely failed on me I had to free wheel all the way back to Chelmsford First big brand bike shop didn't really want to know and said they would need to order the part I popped into Cycle Ki g, they diagnosed the problem and managed to repair the bike within an hour Exceeded my expectations and at a very good price . Definitely recommend trying them.

Hello I have got a problem for my e-scooter ,where my front wheel has continuously been punctured for twice , and I have given my e bike for cycle king and the response and receiving is so awesome where they have changed my front wheel to solid wheel and they have did not charge for any service and they just charged for tyre which will never be punctured again Thats a lovely service and receiving I suggest u to come to cycle king if any problem u are facing with e-bikes or motor bike
