We (family of 4) booked cycle hire last minute and Joe was very prompt at confirming the reservation over email. We arrived at the agreed collection time and were swiftly provided with bike and helmets. Given great advice on cycle trails for our abilities and provided a map. Bikes were adjusted to our needs before we set off. The cycle trails at Lanhydrock catered for all abilities and we had a great day with the bikes. Highly recommended.

Get a grip who ever runs this... Price things right and always make money... Turned up just after 3 and son wanted a bike, wife and I thought ok 1.45 max left b4 return limit.. Asked nice chap if we could get a lower rate due to time.. Sorry no they don't reduce on time?? So say offered 3bikes @8,8,6 £24 that's money in till ... Now I may be only a x retail manager but money is money ..would have happily left deposit 4 security.. So sorry very poor customer service...
