A nice and beautiful shop. As a bikepacker, I know that I always need a plan B. But how nice if plan A works as well: a bicycle shop along the national cycling route which flexibly and knowledgeable solves my problem. And in the meantime talk about cycling stuff. Thanks guys!

Bow And Arrow
Not a good experience for me unfortunately. I planned to go today (a Sunday) when I finished work at 3, I got there at 3:15 with the knowledge that they closed at 4. I was looking at ebikes to buy on the cycle to work scheme for my commute to work. The girl came over immediately as I walked in to help me out which was good, but her knowledge of them and the cycle to work scheme was not great so she said I can ask the manager the questions I have when he’s done. Two other groups of people came in after me which took his attention in turn before me, so I test rode a hybrid and a mountain ebike which was great and then the girl said I was welcome to wait for him to be done. She’d already asked him for assistance and he was coming over then another customer who came in after me interrupted and he helped him instead, so I waited. It got to 5 minutes to 4 and the girl suggested I come back, which I don’t want to do as I was already there, then it reached 4 and he was still helping the other customer, and he told her to close the doors and tell me to come back, she so did. I won’t be coming back. I arrived before those two customers who he served over me, I had some very basic questions which wouldn’t have taken long, and I’d waited 15 minutes to ask them. I’m not impressed with the experience or the attitude and with the cost of fuel at the moment I’m not interested in spending more to go back when I already was there, and should have been seen to.

What a fantastic customer service always helpful and friendly. I dropped my bike in for service it needed a new part ...deliveries at the moment are tricky but they pulled out all the stops managed to sort it within warranty and sorted it . Thanks you are doing a great job.

Had a problem with my Specialized Creo bike which was less than a year old , had an error code, so took it in, impressed with the customer service by Dano, all fixed and have ridden it 5 times since with no problem. Would recommend this company especially Colchester branch, knowledgable staff very friendly and efficient.

I had a Retul Bike Fit today (07 Sep 21) with Russell at evolution. It was great from start to finish. Throughout the whole process he was explaining in detail each step and the processes and advice on how to get the most out of my riding. All in all a great experience that I would recommend! Sitting on a bike that is fitted properly has defiantly peaked my interest and hopefully will help with injury prevention.
