Went for a general service which was fast, efficient, and did everything it said on the tin. Staff were friendly and explained the parts that would need replacing and how much it would cost prior to starting work. Added bonus of being open on a Sunday morning, would definitely recommend.

Really don’t appreciate the small talk at the back technician seems to chat n giggle for no reason and technician who provide the service seems to not rather have the custom as if everything is a chore. So not be visiting them again….sorry

I had a general service for my commuter and I found the shop very friendly, patient and helpful. Repair Recommendations and costs were explained in detail and I found the service honest and suit-my-needs. Would happily revisit when the needs arise. Went in there and initially asked for help on pumping up one of my wheels. They guy did my front wheel and I asked if it was possible to also do my back tyre as it was also dangerously low however he refused saying that at he was to busy and because I only asked for ‘one wheel to be done’. He still had the pump in his hand whilst saying this and would have taken all of 10 seconds to do. I did not appreciate the sarcasm of the guy working in there and I will not be returning. I then took my bike less than 500metres up the road to another shop called the bicycle company who were far more helpful and I would recommend anyone to go there instead.
