We were looking to implement Cyber Essentials for the business, which we found to be a bit of a minefield, with conflicting pricing structures, slow responses etc. I then contacted North Star. George was very helpful and took us through what was required, and provided a formal quote very promptly, which we accepted. Then the process began in earnest, it could not have been easier and the North Star team were there to offer support at every stage, nothing was ever an issue. We now have CE+ accreditation and would recommend North Star without hesitation.
