After several fruitless attempts to get viable quotes and, at times, even interest in our project from other companies, CWS gave us a sensible quote and more importantly, the reassurance that our conservatory roof could be replaced. We needed to replace a very large (6m x 4m) all-glass roof which had begun to leak routinely in the heavier rainshowers. Whilst the post-Covid supply chain put a very long delay into the time between Sales Order and Start Date, the team that arrived were highly professional, knew absolutely what they were doing, and worked like Trojans. We were very fortunate with the weather, and the job was completed, with the snaggings, in about 7 working days. The Guardian Warmlife roof has transformed our conservatory giving it a much smaller and more stable ambient temperature range - and it looks fantastic inside & out, with the two skylights The one downside to CWS is its customer communication process, which really needs some work ! Was hard at times to get any sense of project timeline and start date. If they rectify this, then we would have judged to have had a near-perfect client experience. Would thoroughly recommend this company for its quality of work, and value for money.

CWS fitted external "fire doors" which appear to be normal domestic doors adapted with emergency escape mechanisms. The doors have warped within 2 years of fitting and one has virtually come off its hinges which they are trying to blame the wind for and say is therefore not covered by warranty! They also say the doors are not intended for pedestrian access despite being fitted with external levers and locks. Their post sale support and customer service has been abysmal, verging on being rude and I have ended up taking my business elsewhere. Service: General door installation
