Awful company. Feel cheated having to leave even one star. "Recommended" to us by our builder who has now also confirmed that he has also had problems in the past with this company; more so with the arrogant staff when problems arise than anything else. We purchased windows for our whole house, without finance. Once fitted, it was pointed out that one of the glass panels in the bathroom window was infact upside-down. On reporting this to the company we were told "We'll send more glass and you can refit it!" This was unacceptable and even if it was, we still never received any glass or any further contact from them. Our builder has also contacted them on more than several occasions 're this issue as he isn't happy with their response nor attitude, due to him being the one who recommended them to us. Several different members of staff have been contacted 're this issue and we still have had no communication nor interest from them. We have tried to contact the MD but apparently she "has no contact details" not even an email address. On leaving our contact details, I was told that she "might" contact is tomorrow. I doubt she'll even receive my message as it would appear she has no dealings with anything and is happy for her family to "hide" any issues that come up without her knowledge. No Managing Director would be happy about having rude, unhelpful "staff". This leads us to believe she doesn't know about half the problems customers have with her company. This company is supposedly family run. If this is an example of a "family run" business then they should be avoided. It clearly isn't working for them. All staff we have been in contact with have either had serious attitude problems, including rudeness or are just completely blasé about the whole situation and are clearly uninterested. It is an absolute disgrace that this company should expect you to refit your own glass on a defective window that they have supplied. Just another example of a company who are happy to take your hard earned money and not provide an aftercare service. Still no contact, still no fixed window. Avoid if you do not want any grief when you have issues with them like we have.
