I can't say enough negative things about this company. I used them on Printify and the quality was so poor on my printed mugs that they had to go in the trash. They wouldn't respond to a request for a refund after weeks of addressing the issue. I ordered over 12 mugs and all of them were terribly printed, blurred, crooked, blotchy, smeared ink, chipped mugs, you name it!
