Our room was 101, above the entrance. The room was very warm so had to open window, the room was filled with smoke and vape from people standing under the window smoking. The room was next to 2 double doors, one into the corridor and the second into the lift area, both were banged all night. The block opposite had loud music playing until 3am. The door didn't lock from the inside and the shower head kept sliding to the bottom of the rail. When we opened our door to leave, , someone had put coathangers on the outside door handle. The description of the hotel doesn't tell you it is on a campus with students saying in it as well as hotel guests. The campus was nice to walk around and the staff were lovely, but overall, its the worst place we have ever stayed.

Clean cosy refurbished ex student accommodation offering excellent value for money. Comfy beds, clean white towels, spotless crisp white bed linen, really nice smelling soap and shower gel, coffee machine and snacks at reception and very friendly staff. Yes there was a bit of noise from students but just briefly as they passed by outside and you are on campus after all. Reception area lovely and quirky. Street parking on quiet local avenues absolutely fine so don't worry about that. Ask reception which roads are free to park on. Room was hot (May) but it's possible to open the window a few inches, that did the trick.
