This store wasted my time. I asked to try on a particular frame in a particular colorway. I was told that those frames were not available but that they would be if I returned the next week. I did, and the frames were not there. I took my business elsewhere, and I would encourage others to do the same.

A fair few years ago I purchased several successive frames however one pair after a couple of years fell apart at the bridge, no pressure, not snapped, you could see as there was no stress to the break. I telephoned and they were completely disinterested and unhelpful, for a premium brand it’s very disappointing, needless to say I vowed never to shop there again despite their fabulous design if the customer service doesn’t match its not a true premium brand.

Had my M1209 Dark Turtle repaired here, after our baby daughter broke the half-joint to one arrm rendering the frames unwearable. Cutler & Gross no longer sell this particular model in the colour, and therefore I reluctantly considered having to replace them having had them for years. They said they could repair for a very reasonable £50.00 within 7 - 10 working days. I posted the frames to them and received the frames in 8 working days. Not only wear the team very helpful, but they also cleaned and polished the frames like new. Thank you. Highly recommend.

The team on the front desk are extremely pleasant and responsive even during rather tough times. Highly recommended and you really do get what you pay for.
