What could be a really nice pond to just sit by and relax, is marred by the constant littering, and dumping of large rubbish items. It is regularly cleared by the council and local volunteers but it doesn't stay clean for long... Despite the mess it has the potential to be great, and if people just took a little more care, this would definitely be a 4 to 5 star hidden gem.

Could be a nice place to sit and enjoy the wildlife. Unfortunately it needs a major clean up.

Would be lovely if there wasn't rubbish everywhere and a burned out trolley stolen from Haskins. The bushes are so overgrown you can barely get through to see the pond, and when you do get through all you're faced with is another trolley in the pond and various empty alcohol bottles floating in scummy water. (No photos of that, sorry) This place used to be so nice, it's a real shame. Southampton Council need to up their game and get this tidied up, Southampton residents need to start appreciating what they have around them and start looking after things.
