Book a haircut for the first time and it didn't go as expected so I left a bad review which was swiftly followed up by the manager Alex. He was very apologetic and friendly and also offered me a free haircut to improve my experience with them. He booked me in for another haircut with him so he can correct things for me. I admit his cut was a lot neater and even. I'm happy with their customer relations and follow up and will definitely book with Alex again 👍🏽
