Very poor service! I've ordered birch ply samples from them twice now and neither of them arrived. Both packages lost in the post (!) and they've shown no interest in refunding or rectifying the situation despite several emails which were mostly ignored. If they were at all interested in customer service and retention they'd have apologised and re-sent my orders either by courier or with a signed-for delivery that's tracked and less likely to be lost. UPDATE!!! Despite their response below, 2 months later they're yet to contact me. I'll continue to update this review. Another month later their "customer service team" are still yet to contact me. 5 months later their "customer service team" are still yet to contact me. 12 months later their "customer service team" are still yet to contact me. 2 years later their "customer service team" are still yet to contact me. I'm beginning to suspect they never will...(sarcasm)

Be really careful when ordering from this company, as it is all non returnable. I ordered some quite large peices of clear perspex thinking it was the pliable type, I got the wrong one and even though they could reuse it the y will not take it back or exchange. will not take it back.£60 wasted!

Warning to check their work thoroughly as they take no responsibility for their mistakes! Theres also a high risk of human error as they dont seem to use CAD files and input data manually. Really bad quality for laser cutting with only a short 14 day check period with NO warranty. We ordered a simple perspex panel with slots cut in, overall dimensions are correct on first inspection, but during installation it turned out the whole piece is skewed (parallelogram which should be impossible for CAD/CAM... so maybe machine was programmed manually?) We were late for the 14 day period by one day and they refuse to admit fault, when we asked for a discount to reorder the part that they messed up, they had the cheek to reply with "review us on trustpilot" hence why Im here. Horrible company with horrible people.

Great service. We ordered vaneered MDF board, with edging all around and lacquer. The process of ordering was simple. It took a while to get the board by I was expecting that something made to the size might take time. Product was received in great condition delivered with care right to my flat. I definitely will order again :) Thanks

Time wasters !!! I placed an order for two large Perspex sheets, which was acknowledged and payment duly taken ( including delivery charges). I created an online account with Cutmyplastic as it would seemingly make things simpler and allow me to track my order. 6 days later, after zero communication , I tracked my order only to find no order was sitting in my account. I queried this online, and two days later, was asked to check my bank, and to send proof of payment ! After providing this , I was then sent a message informing me that I was outwith their delivery range, a small detail which was not mentioned on the website, but could collect myself or apply for a refund, (seemingly no issue with receiving payment anymore !). It took another week to receive the refund , and I just felt relief I don’t have to do business with this company anymore - buy at your own risk, and good luck !

Good product & prices . 16 cuts of plastic waited 4 weeks then 4 short from order. Another 3 weeks waiting before I got my order ? 7 weeks to cut 16 pieces of plastic !!! Good quality products but management is very very poor . They never pick up phone or respond to emails . Would be good company if knew how to look after there clients instead of ignoring them . Overall happy with products but as a company very bad to deal with
