First haircut I'd had was great - thought I'd found a new regular barber. However on the second time I tried to book, I made an appointment only to find out they were closed (their actual opening hours seem vastly different to those advertised on Google and their website) and then I rebooked for the morning. I turned up and the guy was seriously rude, saying I had no reservation. I did, I had the email to prove, but he just said "No you don't I cancelled it and I've got clients". No apology, no attempt to rebook or try and rectify the situation. He just ignored me as I picked my stuff up and left. Real shame as could be a nice place but just really not welcoming, especially if you're not super-outgoing and confident in very masc-dominated environments. I find it hard to find a decent barber as I hate being called 'Boss' and being asked about the footy etc etc. Being that this barber is based in Soho, I hoped for it to be a different atmosphere. Alas, no.

Owner was rather abrupt which may be due to them being intoxicated as there was a strong whiff of alcohol. Naturally feel that no one should be operating sharp tools whilst under the influence of anything. For the quality of the haircut, feels over priced and below average for Soho.
