Truly the worse custom support we had So far. They don't communicate, you receive 5 different responds on 1 email. Mix up shipment and most of them Don't have any idea of what they are doing. Coming up with new documents with every clearance. Most employees are not aware of custom formalities and cannot give proper advise or help. Impossible to have them as a partner. We tried, I gave feedback that I didn't like their working methode. And they acted arrogant because they are in the position we need them.... They think.
