set up account" "sort out papers" and then price goes up because of end of date, then they send the markets regular price which is much more expensive then the original quote but the same as all other agencies a week ago, this is foul tactics. wasted time!!

Absolute shocking delivery service. It was meant to be delivered on Tuesday 10th between 7am - 7pm. Nothing showed. But then received an email saying it had been signed for and delivered. But nothing through my door to say where. No one even attempted to come to my address that I waited 12 hours in for. Reached out to the company to find out what’s going and just keep getting passed off. It wouldn’t surprise me if one of their delivery drivers has bagged themselves a new mattress.
