We have recently gone through the process of designing and producing a cuddly toy to go alongside a picture book designed for younger primary school children. Working alongside Ian at Custom Toys has been a very positive experience. Ian has been knowledgeable throughout and kept us fully informed at each stage of the process, happy to add advice when needed. The design process was thorough and enabled us to make refinements along the way. The whole process was very much geared to ensuring we would be happy with the product. Once finished, Ian was clear about deadlines and when we could expect different stages to be completed. We are really happy with the final result now and are sure lots of young children will benefit from learning with our book, Milo’s Money and the super toy Milo which now comes with it. Many thanks to Ian for his help and good humour along the way, he has been a real pleasure to work with and has provided a truly personalised and customer centred experience. Working with Custom Toys, specifically Ian their Head of Projects, has been nothing short of brilliant. Ian has worked closely and patiently with me throughout my project and has been incredibly transparent throughout all stages. Ian has provided me with regular, unprompted updates and has delivered for everything he has done with me, overall he has made the process incredibly smooth, efficient and enjoyable. The design team are also very efficient and offer great work delivering seamlessly from concept to finished product... and the quality of the finished products are top notch. For my first foray into a new industry Ian has been great and I have enjoyed working with him and look forward to continue to work with him on future projects too.
