Let me down 2 days before my event and refused to prepare my files and print my T-shirts because I ‘replied to his email late’ even though I had specifically told him I was working that day and wouldn’t finish work until 7 (I replied at 8pm) Then Lied about our original arrangement to excuse the fact that he had let me down for no reason except he was too lazy to prepare the files in time.

Outstanding service! I asked Printscharming to print a t shirt for me for a Swedish friend. It had complicated Swedish words in it. When I went to fetch the t shirt, the word Jönköping had been spelt Jönkö ping. I looked at the original instructions I had given for the t shirt and I could see that there was a slight gap between the o and the p which could easily be interpreted as a space. The people at Printscharming made me another one in less than an hour and wouldn't take any extra payment even thought it was my fault for giving poor instruction. The quality of the t shirt and of the printing was excellent. i will definitely go to Printscharming for all my future t shirt printing.
