We bought a roof light which was meant to be delivered within 3 days. 5 days later we had heard nothing. The roofer was booked and ready to start. It took lots of chasing to get it sorted. When the roof light arrived we had to take it out of the heavy wooden crate to move to a secure location ready to be fitted. As we gently settled it down on the floor, it shattered! The product was in no way fit for purpose; but Custom Rooflights will not accept any responsibility.

We did have a delay on the glass but that's to be expected at the minute. Upon receipt and fitment we found an imperfection in the glass, naturally I was fuming at the time but the service from the chaps at custom roof lights is exemplary. Profession, helpful absolutely no quabbles should we buy more rooflights.

It was lovely speaking to Dan moments ago regarding my experience in purchasing 2 flat roof lanterns from Custom Lights. In January 2021 i purchased 2 roof lanterns which were delivered in according to schedule , safely and securely. Both lanterns were very heavy as you can appreciate the size and weight , triple glazed ,3 Meters & 2 Meters respectively. It took 6 bodies to offload both lanterns safely from the waggon. The quality and the design are A1 , been receiving lots of compliments from friends and family. I am now wanting to purchase 2 sets of bi folding doors , unfortunately due to work loads they are unable to offer me a set however i am willing to wait because i know i will get good quality doors.
