It's fine most of the time you travel, just watch out for when there is an event at the ExCel Centre, event staff at the station can be very blunt and rude.

Thanks to the Elizabeth Line you can now reach Excel events direct from Heathrow and Central London. The one downside is that the platforms are a little windswept and exposed. However on busy exhibition days there are usually staff on hand to point you in the right direction

Yesterday I had to make a change of train/line from this station , after I go off from the Elizabeth line I was asking help to two useless staff in getting to Blackwall station , a white parasite who sounds Irish who every time I said Blackwall st he kept saying he didn’t understand what i was saying he even had a grind on his unpleasant face,, and the other parasite useless who looked Somalian with a gold colour tooth , also said he didn’t understand, even me showing the name of the station Blackwall, they didn’t want to help,, saying “ We don’t know” ask others,,. Very disgusting experience , terrible!! They should be given some some good customer services training and values , and to be very awared in those little brains that they are there to serve people and provide help and attention when is needed!! Yuukkkk hope never again cross with that sort of rubbish males

I used Custom House Station for the Elizabeth line & this station is amazing clean big long & lots of room. Lifts & escalators available to the platforms. Also connected with the DLR. Was very impressed today especially as it was the 1st day of this new station & line.
