We had our annual boiler service today by Tim Barker of Custom Heat. He arrived on time, a friendly honest guy and got on with the job immediately, during his visit he found a silver dress ring encrusted with some stones, he promptly handed it over to us, my wife thought it may have belonged to our daughter. Nice to see that there are still honest people out there, Tim also gave me some good advice about my central heating system. Thanks again Tim.

Tim Barker was the engineer assigned to us today. Domestic & General only booked it yesterday so understand why he maybe wasn't given full instructions for first thing this morning but still proactively tracked me down and got all the information he needed. Very impressed. Then turned up on time and did things (like check external flue visually) that none of the other subcontracted service providers have ever checked in the past 15 years (they were not from Custom Heat, they were from other random Domestic & General companies). Tim had great energy, explained everything clearly, handled me being very stressed whilst he was here. He's welcome back anytime!

Tim Barker serviced our Boiler today. Arrived promptly, worked efficiently and very tidily. Replaced a part and asked us if we had any concerns about the system as we have an annual service contract with Custom Heat. We discussed our two problem radiators and he reported back to Custom Heat and we await the outcome. Overall, Tim was excellent and I would recommend him and Custom Heat to anyone.
