Ordered some personalised meeple cookies as wedding favours - Alli got the design just right and the cookies came beautifully iced and packaged. Unfortunately a couple were damaged in transit, but Alli overnighted us replacements and a couple of extras. Very happy with such great customer service.

I used to order several tins of cookies a year from the custom cookie company as gifts until I had a problem with login to purchase. I contacted them to advise and got an email back from Alison who basically papped me off telling me to check my junk folder. Obviously this was the first thing I did before emailing my query. When I advised of this and asked how else I could order no one ever replied. I have never ordered since. Hope you don’t treat all your loyal customers like this....
