He was just brilliant. We have a 9 & 13yr old that cannot wait to come back and only to hire off Custard point, they enjoyed the experience so much. Surf this shop for retning, buying a surfboard and a wetsuit. Had a custom made longboard done which is amazing. Easy to do with and great boards to rent. And really nice wetsuits for a cheaper price then the big brands. Can highly recommend this place!

Went to Custard Point last week after going to a few other shops in the hope of finding a long board, they have a brilliant selection of boards in many different shapes specialised for certain styles of riding, huge stock of colours and sizes, I’m only a hobby surfer with about 5 yrs experience but that didn’t cause for any bias or annoying sales pitch’s where someone sees your inexperience and tries to rip you off, in fact Joe was completely the opposite helping me explore my options within my price range whilst trying to get a grasp of what kind of surfer I am, to find a board that suits me, they even allowed me to demo an exact replica of the board I wanted to buy for a whole day for £20 and if I bought the board they knocked £20 off the bill which allows you to be sure when you spend that kind of money, great shop and I highly recommend, thanks guys !!🤙

I ordered a custom board to match my mini mal, what turned up was not what I ordered, all staff trying to pass the buck, I have recommended this shop for some thirty years, but now feel I can’t, It’s a shame , if you want a custom board made to your instructions go elsewhere
